If you're in a hurry in the morning and want a strong cup of coffee and a home made treat, then make a pit stop at The Stompin' Grounds.
The Stompin' Grounds is a grab-and-go coffee shop located in Hagåtña across from the GCIC building along Hagåtña Bay.
Since its grand opening on June 1, according to the owners (Lydia Cruz and Julie Moylan
of Mangilao), the business has been booming. The Stompin' Grounds coffee is imported
from Seattle, where Lydia Cruz grew up. Living in Seattle during her childhood and
college years, Lydia moved back to Guam just seven months ago.
Lydia Cruz and her aunt Julie Moylan decided to start their
own business with a whole lot of help from many of their family.
Lydia and Julie run the business, while Ray Cruz
and Ken Cruz did the carpentry and electrical work on the trailer.
"coffee coffee in a cup

drink em cold or drink em hot
we got tuna melts and ham & cheese

we have tuna melts, so come on down,
